Moita
Moita is a charming little port town, often overlooked, nestled on the Tagus estuary in Portugal. The town does an excellent job of capturing the authentic Portuguese spirit, offering beautiful waterfronts, traditional fishing scenes, adorable local restaurants, and vibrant festivals. An essential part of the experience is the annual Barrete Verde e das Salinas festival, a significant cultural event in the region. It's also an excellent place for bird watching with its wide range of estuarine bird species.
